flipflop Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon Wine Review

I have expressed how much I love flipflop wines before (see my previous flipflop review here) but this time I got to try some new varieties of wine from flipflop: Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon!

At flipflop wines, they have embraced the movement toward individualistic expression, instead of manufacturing wines into some cookie-cutter style that’s all the rage. Their goal is to craft expressive, well-balanced wines that evoke just what the grapes inside intended, without being over-wrought or over-explained, and that can be enjoyed at any occasion.

The flipflop collection includes Chardonnay, Riesling, Pinot Grigio, Moscato, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Pinot Noir wines. With seven varietals, there is a flipflop wine for everyone, which is why they say "to each, their own".

They have also partnered with Soles4Souls Inc., the international shoe charity dedicated to providing free footwear to those in need. The program will raise much needed funds to give one pair of flip-flop sandals for each bottle of flipflop wine purchased (up to 100,000 pairs for the first 100,000 bottles sold, where promotion is legal). You can learn more about Soles4Souls at: http://www.soles4souls.org/

My Opinion
I definitely appreciate a good wine and a good price and flip flop provides both characteristics in their wines!

Both these two wines were drier wines, but that makes them taste perfect with a great meal! What I love is that flipflop provides the info (shown above) on every bottle and that really helps me figure out which wine to drink with what food!

Plus, the price is amazing for such a great tasting wine! It is available for $7 for a bottle! That is so amazing!

I recommend flipflop wines for all wine drinkers! You don't have to pay an expensive price for this expensive tasting wine! These Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon are full of body and the dryness of the wine make them perfect for pairing with a nice, robust meal!

Buy It: You can purchase flipflop wines for $7 from Underdog Wine Merchants or at a local spirits store!
