flipflop Moscato Wine Review

At flipflop wines, they have embraced the movement toward individualistic expression, instead of manufacturing wines into some cookie-cutter style that’s all the rage. Their goal is to craft expressive, well-balanced wines that evoke just what the grapes inside intended, without being over-wrought or over-explained, and that can be enjoyed at any occasion.

The flipflop collection includes Chardonnay, Riesling, Pinot Grigio, Moscato, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Pinot Noir wines. With seven varietals, there is a flipflop wine for everyone, which is why they say "to each, their own".

They have also partnered with Soles4Souls Inc., the international shoe charity dedicated to providing free footwear to those in need. The program will raise much needed funds to give one pair of flip-flop sandals for each bottle of flipflop wine purchased (up to 100,000 pairs for the first 100,000 bottles sold, where promotion is legal). You can learn more about Soles4Souls at: http://www.soles4souls.org/

They recently announced the “flippin’ good deeds challenge”. This is a program designed for bloggers to encourage their communities to clean out their closets and donate gently worn footwear. Bloggers can host a shoe drive and blog about their “flippin’ good deeds” for a chance to win a trip for two on one of our international distribution trips. So if you are a blogger like I am and you have a lot of extra shoes lying around, collect as many shoes as you can and blog about your “flippin’ good deeds” and experiences from September 6, 2011 to November 15, 2011 for a chance to win a trip for two on one of their international distribution trips*! See this link for more details and feel free to spread the word to other bloggers too!

I generously received the Moscato wine from flipflop. flipflop Moscato is one of the top medal-winning wines across 15 major wine competitions. The flipflop Moscato earned Double Gold at the 2010 San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition, the largest, most influential international wine competition in America. In addition, none other than Wine Enthusiast Magazine gave flipflop Moscato a “Best Buy” in the June issue of the magazine.

My Opinion
As you may have noticed, flipflop is one of my favorite wine brands to drink and share with you! (See my previous reviews on other flipflop varieties here and here)

I love them because they not only make really delicious, quality wine but the prices are affordable so you can have it whenever you are in the mood! :)

However, my favorite part is how committed they are to helping others out with their charities! They are a part of the Soles4Souls shoe charity and they also recently introduced the "flippin' good deeds" challenge for all bloggers out there! I love their committment to giving back and it really makes drinking their wine that much more enjoyable!

The Moscato wine was delicious and I loved that it was a nice light bodied white wine! One of my favorite flipflop wines thus far! :) I can see why it has won so many awards!

I recommend flipflop wines for all wine drinkers and people who like to make a difference in other people's lives! You will not only love the flavors of flipflop wines, but you will love the price and the difference that flipflop is committed to making for people who are in need!

Buy It: You can purchase flipflop wines for $7 from Underdog Wine Merchants or at a local spirits store!
