My Opinion
If you are looking for an advanced workout, Jari Love's Get Extremely Ripped! 1000 Hardcore DVD is for YOU! I can't wait to use this DVD to lose the baby weight in a couple weeks!

I really like this DVD because there are two different 30 minute segments that can be done together (if you have a longer time for your workout) or separately for a quicker workout. With two little kids, I usually only have time for a 30 min workout or less so I am so glad that she gives you an option of doing them separately!

The only equipment you need are 3-8 lb dumbbells so it makes it easy to do it anywhere!

This workout is a challenge and is definitely tough! There are a lot of reps and the workout really works key muscle groups! However, it is not one of those boring, repetitive workouts! Be prepared for a challenging workout but a fun, high paced one!
