There are so many options for losing weight these days. You can choose diets, exercise, or even lap band surgery to lose weight. It all depends on how quickly you want to lose it, how much you have to lose, and how desperate/serious you are about losing the weight.
For me, I LOVE food, so it is especially hard for me to lose weight. I am an emotional eater so when I am stressed, tired, or even happy, I like a good meal, snacks or treats! :) That is why it is so hard for me to lose weight after having a baby because you are frequently feeling all those feelings! :)
But for me, I have found that losing weight consists of finding the time to exercise (running works the best for me!) and watching what I eat! Eating healthy, frequent meals throughout the day keeps my metabolism going and with summer on its way, I am excited to incorporate exercise into spending time with my children outside walking, running, and riding bikes!
That is what worked for me last time and I can't wait to see if it will work again and if I can stick with diet and exercise and lose the weight quicker this time around!
