After a very short "cardio" segment, you'll move into a standing series that works your legs and buttocks (while also toning your arms with the resistance band). The program ends with traditional and Pilates floorwork. Zanya's cuing is clear and very detailed, but also informal and inviting (you'll feel like you're just working out with friends). You do need to have a resistance band and an inflatable ball so keep that in mind when considering this DVD for your next workout!
