That is why I have made a habit of checking the ingredients of every snack and food I eat. If I don't know what the ingredient is, I most likely won't eat it! I like to know what I am eating and putting into my body...and especially the bodies of my little children!
Well, lately I have gotten into the habit of saying "That's It!" at snack time...to my hubby, friends and family, and well...myself! :) (Yes, I tend to talk to myself once in awhile...LOL)
Wanna know why? (And it isn't because I am crazy...well, at least most of the time!) It's because I have recently discovered and tried That's It bars and I am LOVIN' Them! And when my hubby tried them and said "MMm....these are GOOD...is it only fruit??" I got to say my favorite new line: "That's It!".
I love that these bars not only taste REALLY good but they help me achieve my goal to get at least two servings of fruit a day because they contain TWO servings of fruit per bar. As a busy mother, I don't always get the chance to cut an apple, peel an orange or eat other fruits. Grabbing a That's It. bar has saved me a lot of time and helped me stay on my weight loss track!
And like their name states, they contain fruit and That's It. They contain only 2 ingredients: fruit and fruit and have only 100 calories each. They are also fat free, vegan,& kosher, and gluten free.
They come in 3 delicious flavors:
- apple + apricot
- apple + cherry
- apple + pear
The only thing I would change about these bars is I would love if they offered these bars in an organic fruit version. I would feel REALLY great eating them and giving them to my children then! I would also love to see more fruit choices!
So next time you are looking for a snack that isn't filled with ingredients you don't know and don't want in your body, but instead with fruit and That's It, then makes sure to try the simple, but really tasty and filling That's It. fruit bars.
Buy It: You can purchase That's It. bars from the That's It website or from a local store near you.
If you love this review and my site...
