Chicago Cutlery Knives Help Improve Preparation Skills! & Giveaway

So it has been a couple weeks since I first became a Chicago Cutlery Ambassador and received three Chicago Cutlery knives - a Chef, Scalloped Bread and Parer knives.

I have used these knives almost every day preparing dinners for my family! From cutting vegetables, fruits, herbs, breads, meats, these knives have been there for me every step of the way and made cutting, chopping, slicing, and peeling easier than it has ever been for me before! The knives are made with ultra sharp, Japanese steel blades and I think that is what makes these knives so much more superior than other knives I have used before or own. They slice through EVERYTHING like butter and makes chopping, cutting, and slicing effortlessly.

Preparing meals has gone quicker, smoother and more efficiently because I can chop and cut foods more quickly and without getting frustrated! Plus, these new Chicago Cutlery® DesignPro knives help handle me handle and hold their knives better because of its innovative grip that guides my hand to the best position for superior control and cutting. I really feel the difference when I am using them - it took some practice using it correctly but once I got the hang of it, I notice how much more efficiently and smoothly the knife cuts! Plus, I feel more comfortable holding it with their guidance!

One of our family's favorite meals is the quick and healthy meal, Pasta Salad with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinaigrette. I used all three Chicago Cutlery knives for this meal to chop and mince all the different herbs and vegetables in this recipe!

Check out the recipes below and make sure to try it for an easy, healthy and delicious meal that also makes great leftovers!!

Pasta Salad with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinaigrette

  • ¾ cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinaigrette
  • 2 Tablespoons dried oregano
  • 1 Tablespoon parsley
  • 1 Teaspoon basil
  • 1Tablespoon Parmesan
  • 1 clove crushed garlic
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Pasta of your choice
  • Veggies of your choice; I use tomatoes, green pepper, red onion, carrots, and peas. Cucumber is always good in pasta salad as well.

Cook pasta – let it cool while you make the dressing and chop the veggies; Mix everything together in a bowl; chill in the refrigerator and it is ready to serve.

If you are looking to improve your efficiency and quickness of your meal preparations, make sure to try out Chicago Cutlery knives! Their grip holds help you hold knives correctly for the best cut and the Japanese steel blades make cutting anything seem like you are cutting air!
