Today we are reviewing and giving away Jillian Michaels' Ripped in 30!
I recently reviewed the Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred which is similar to Ripped in 30 because they both contain the "cycles" where you do 3 minutes of strengthening, 2 minutes of cardio and 1 minute of abs and repeat 3 times. I really like this format because it is a full body workout! The strengthening mixes upper and lower body exercises and all muscle groups. The cardio is not super hard but it really gets the heart rate up. The abs is also not too tough but gives a good break before getting back into the harder three minutes of strengthening.
Just like her other DVD's, one exerciser does show easier options. This DVD requires two sets of dumbbells.
