1. Hot Pepper Peach Cheese Ball

With the perfect combination of sweet and spicy, this new spin on an old cheese ball classic is sure to be a hit! Mix 8 oz Noosa Peach, 8 oz. cream cheese, two chopped jalapeno peppers and two chopped green onions, then roll in fresh shredded cheese and get ready to fall in love with Noosa Peach.


2. Lemon Yoghurt Hummus

The perfect appetizer for that time of year where you just don’t have time to cook, grill, bake, etc. Our Noosa Lemon perfectly complements the warmer, nuttier aromas from the chickpeas, cumin and pine nuts in this recipe (below). The dip just requires a food processor and a bag of your favorite pita chips to complete the dish and wow your friends and family.
Lemon Yoghurt Hummus 
  • ¼ cup Noosa Lemon
  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • 3 minced garlic cloves
  • 2 cups canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cumin

Process until almost fully ground. Add 5 tablespoons lemon juice and
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil; process until smooth and creamy. Season to taste.

3. Pom-and-Pear Salad

For a crisp, simple and fresh salad, try topping salad greens with a wreath of pomegranate seeds, sliced pear, cubed cucumber and Noosa Tart Cherry as a divine dressing. The bright red pomegranate seeds and Noosa Tart Cherry complement the green veggies and pears for the perfect festive colors – tis the season!


4. Chili Yoghurt Dip

Looking to spice up an old dip recipe? Look no further than this Middle Eastern-inspired dip that packs a punch of flavor! The tart Noosa Honey, lemon zest and chili powder make an unforgettable appetizer (recipe below).

Chili Yoghurt Dip 
  • 1 cup Noosa Honey yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • ½ teaspoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/3 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon tomato puree
Stir ingredients together. Serve chilled. Tip: pour extra-virgin olive oil on top when ready to serve.

5. Coconut Angel Food Cake with Raspberry Yoghurt Frosting

Top off a night of decadent foods with a dessert that’s lighter and more delicious than you could possibly imagine! Slice a fat-free angel food cake and serve with a dollop of Noosa Raspberry yoghurt (or mix 1 cup Noosa Raspberry with ½ cup powdered sugar to frost your cake if you’re feeling fancy), and your taste buds and guests will love you. We even topped our cake with coconut flakes to mimic this season’s snowfall.
