I am pretty picky when it comes to my at-home workout DVDs - I have some requirements that must be met for me to enjoy them - 1) That it is 20 minutes or less because that is about all I can squeeze in the day 2) That it is an intense 20 minutes or less and makes me work and sweat 3) That it is engaging, original and effective!

I recently received two Weight Watchers workout DVDs and they both met all of these requirements and have quickly became favorite workouts of mine!
