Tips to Relieve Back-to-School Stress Symptoms and Polish Up Spelling Skills

As the first day of school approaches, parents take on the challenging task of gathering required supplies - averaging more than $300 for some middle and high-school students this year! The time crunch and heavy price tags may be a cause of stress for parents.
