Grapes for this wine were both hand and machine harvested. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel and cuvee close to develop the stars.
The tasting notes color is right, deep straw and the bouquet is an appealing ripe fruit on the nose with hints of apple, pear and peach. The taste is fresh and fruity on the palate with a great vein of acidity and lively finish.
You may enjoy Bolla Prosecco with anything! It is delightful with appetizers, seafood, pasta, chicken, pork and veal as well as desserts.
Bolla Sparkling RoseThis sparkling wine is a light pink with a floral bouquet and fresh, fruity flavor.
Select grapes are gently crushed and pressed then quickly separated from the pumice to avoid imparting too much color on the young must. After the first temperature controlled alcoholic fermentation at about 18°C, the base wine undergoes a second fermentation in closed pressure tanks for the “prise de mousse,” resulting in a fully-sparkling wine.
The Tasting Notes Color is a Light pink with the bouquet being a powerful floral bouquet. It ends with a Taste of Fine and persistent perlage, with a fresh, fruity flavor.
This wine needs to be served chilled and the Bolla Sparkling Rosé is the perfect accompaniment to hors d’oeuvres, delicate first courses, white meats, and fruit-based desserts.
